I hope this will help with identifying who is who.

Front and head markings

Mom on the left - Dad on Right

Mom's top center marking is like a cone - broader at the top back and larger than Dad's.

The outer head markings - I'll call them "brows" for lack of any word to describe them. Dad's are longer on more defined.

Chest markings - Mom has a lot of freckles - rather evenly spaced. Dad doesn't seem to have any or only a few. I still have not captured a good front view

Rear head markings

Mom on the left

Mom is the bigger of the two.

Their dark back skull markings appear to be the same over all height but Mom's is broader at the base.

Thanks BET for those pointers....I know it can be really tough.....I think also that Dad's center mark on the top of his head reminds of the eye of a sewing needle...you know, where you thread it....not sure if there's a name for that ....Titter
just peeking in here on my break at work.....
Both are on the nest - Mom is on the side, Dad picking around at grass and sticks

Here is one that just happened - I think the box is 4' x 4' - illustrates the wing span

6;14pm...........wave..Hello BET, Michelle, and Carolyn! Well, these ospreys have been busy! Lots more sticks in that box now. But I remember how fast they were in building last year's nest too! I assume this is Ma.............broader head spot.

Ask me how much fun I had today !!!! At the nest approx. 2-3pm. Mom and Dad never strayed far, either on the nest or flying close to me then to the Tower, Posts or in Trees. 208pm First of all Dad flew in for a mating session, then Mom flew off the nest, I think with leftover fish, sat on the pole, then returned with the fish and Dad ate. Then Dad flew to the water edge to the right of the nest and washed himself then Returned to the nest for another mating session. He Flew off and returned with a twig for her (typical Man).... It was soooo nice there today, sunny and warm. Heartwarming to see them back ‘home’. I noticed lots of wads of dry grass on the embankments which looked like those the O's are bringing to the nest. Now to see if I remember how to post pics....
