Good Morning Southwest Florida Eagles.

I just tuned in to find Harriet perched in the attic.



Thank you for the great pictures deeagle. So glad you were here to see O and H and capture them.
Being in California, it is sometimes a bit of a challenge to get up when O and H visit the Florida nest.
Although I may plan on altering my schedule again... and life like I did last year

Nest Observations October 2, 2013.
7:24am female in the nest tree.
7:28am male comes into the nest, female joins him. Both leave at
7:32am. Male returns
7:36am w/stick and then leaves at 7:30am
8:30am Female came to the nest and did some nestorations at - she only stayed for a minute and then flew up to the branch above the nest.

9:30am
Delivery -
I will work on my video of the delivery that Ozzie brought for Harriet in a little bit.
This is the first delivery that we have seen on cam since the launch.







ETA: Looks to be something furry and a tail?

After eating her gift .
I will review my footage in a bit.
Harriet flies up to the attic branch and departs shortly after.

So I have to ask,I have noticed this yr and didn't notice it last yr that Ozzie has a bit of a black stripe in his tail. Has he always had this? I just don't remember seeing it. Maybe it was because I was so watching the little ones. Her are a few scaps I got of his tail this morning Tell me what you think.

She must have been perched next to the nest out of view of the Wide Angle cam
that had been zoomed in from earlier.
