Welcome MM!
I'm so glad you have joined us on this forum! Your pictures are gorgeous, thanks for the slide show link, too! Believe me, the pleasure was all mine! It's always great to meet a fellow eagle lover!
I was down there late tonite, around 8pm, and took a few shots of the nest with the big tall eaglets in it! It's a bit dark, but it will give you an idea of their size...
I checked the "family tree" area for Mom & Dad, but there were at least 4 fly fisherman in that cove so no eagles present!Sad

Welcome MM. Very nice photographs. Can't wait to see more.

Eaglewoman, are they starting to try out the branches?

wave Hey Eagle Eye! No, I don't think they are branching quite yet. I have been seeing some good wing flapping but no jumping up and down quite yet, either. Shouldn't be too long!
Here are some scaps from tonite around 6pm when there was a feeding going on...
Haven't heard from mykitters in a while, are you still out there?!?

wave Were they being served breakfast in bed? It looks like they are eating while laying down. Puzzled

Off topic: I saw otters at Lake Britton yesterday.

Very observant Eagle Eye! It was raining lightly here all day yesterday and they stayed hunkered down most of the day, including this dinnertime feeding!
Here's a question about switching to the new camera from Denise Yergenson's blog....

Q: When will you switch back to the other camera with a wider view?

A: We can and will change to the original camera when the eaglets start to branch or move from the nest, sometime in June. However, the spiders somehow got word that we weren't using that camera and have settled in. The biologists have done a test switch and the camera has a significant amount of cobwebs covering some of the lens.

wave Hey Gang!
Sorry I haven't been able to go down and take pictures in a week or so, I think I'll be back in action this week though!Left thumb up
Here is a scap from earlier tonite(Sunday 5/23) with all 3 eaglets hunkered down together. It has been unseasonably wet and cold this May here in Redding! Temps were only in the 60's this weekend~normally it can be around 90 or even 100 degrees on some days at this time of year!Puzzled
So, I'm sure the eagles are looking forward to some warm temps, but unfortunately they may have to wait another week or two for that to happen! This next week is calling for more rain and cold temps throughout the week!:blink::blink:

Here's a scap from Monday morning, I think it's Dad feeding the 'lets...Wonder when they'll just start dropping the food off and letting them completely self-feed?!?
