Well, how disappointing. I saw Eha with food and I saw a very strong looking E2. He was peeping very loudly and had his head up but Eha was just offering food to the dope. Sorry, E1. I hope E2 got something. There appears to be leftovers if you click to enlarge the scaps.

Eha got up to feed before 3:50 am but it's when I came in on the feed. Koit had left a mole for them. I actually saw Eha feed E2 and E2 was up and chirping away.Just annoyed that Eha takes time to feed E1 who is being . . . dopey and doesn't even have his head up. Ah well.

8:18 am Eha was standing up and preening and Es were sleeping. She's lost another large feather. She was looking down into the nest with a peculiar expression. Nest bugs?

Eha left the nest at 9:14 am. E2 started peeping and then E2 bit E1. E1 did nothing. E2 kept biting at E1. Never thought I'd see that.

9:20 am E2 is peeping away but Eha is ignoring him. I guess the pantry is empty again.

Eha was snoozing on the nest in early morning, then at 4:47am she decided to fly off. There was a mole on the nest. She returned later with a stick. E2 sat up.

Eha fed E1. Saw her feed E2 around 8:59 am after E1 had another feed.

E1 was biting on E2 several times.
