I'm having problems knowing how to get round this site - was not a problem last yr. I have questions re frozen cameras [W/Rock] and don't know where to go to get any replies to my queries. Re cams I keep getting "netconnection rejected" I also want to be able to post comments in the discussion page re eagles/nests but can't seem to find where to post. I do have a" post reply" on one page somewhere - forget where - at bottom right hand corner but if I'm asking a question re how to get round and re frozen camera is that posting a reply? and where will I get someones reply if there is a reply? Gosh this note sounds confusing. Hope someone can made sense of it.
Thanks anyway
aceaw

sometimes when I have difficulty accessing the cam I have to hit livestream a couple of times to get the cam to unfreeze- livestream is in the top right corner of the screen if that doesn't work the bottom of the screen has a pause and start ..that may get it moving. as for netconnection rejected I can't help you there- I just got the same thing when I tried to connect ..anyone else got any ideas ?? I'll report it to the tech thread

edited to add: just reported it aceaw and saw that jkr also had trouble with White rock but she hit livestream several times and got in so...?? might work
yet another edit- yes!! it did work ..pressed livestream 5 times

Thanks gd for replying to aceaw.
If you want to post to something on a thread just go down to "post reply" and type in your comment or picture.

If you want to report a problem with the cams - Click on the Forums tab and you will see the Technical Help, click on that and then hit "post reply" and type in the problem you are experiencing.

SCREEN CAPTURES ON IPADs AND IPHONEs.

Now that we have our eagle cameras available on these devices some of you may be wondering how to take a screen capture.
It is actually very easy once you give it a try.

1. Hold down the round "home" button.
2. Quickly press and release the "on-off" button. You should hear a click like a camera shutter.
3. After quickly releasing both buttons you can now find your screen capture in your "Photo" app.

Marg, I haven't used one but I would think a Macbook Air will work the same as an iMac or Macbook Pro which is to depress the Command/Shift/3 keys for instant full page screen capture or depress Command/Shift/4 keys for cross-hairs in order to choose the area of the window you want. In both those instances your screen capture will appear on your desktop and usually as a png file which will have to be converted to jpg (or something compatible) in order to post to the forum.

Hi Marg,
I don't have an "air" but this should work.

1.Select the WiFi symbol along the top menu bar
2. click on Open Network Preferences at the bottom of the drop down menu.
3. Click on WiFi in the menu on the left
4. click on Advanced
5. Select the WiFi network you want to delete and click the minus sign to remove it.
6. Click OK. once you are done.

The open window should look something like this

Once you "OK" the window you will likely be asked to "Apply" the changes. Choose to "Apply"
