Welcome, mollykatesmom - I'm afraid we don't have a smiley for handing out heads on a platter, so I'll go with this -
As to your question - there's still an issue as far as I know, but most people seem to have success by waiting for the add to finish, then when they get the black or frozen stream, either click the "Live Stream" link in the upper right, or click the square orange Stop button in the lower left and then the orange Play triangle. I sometimes need to do it twice - and then it works,
If that doesn't work for you, I'd suggest posting on the Mac thread, as several Support Team members have Macs, and they can tell you what works for them.
Good luck - and I hope you'll be seeing the sunsets - and eagles - again soon.

JudyB and mollykatesmom I have been having trouble getting into the cams both on my Mac and also my PC. I find that when I scroll down and CLICK into the typed White Rock CU beside White Rock WA link I can get in that way.
Try that.

I am not getting any audio from any of the Hancock sites. I'm ok at Decorah and MB. I'm also not very good at these "forums" so I hope I am doing this right.
Any help would be appreciatged.

Hi gaila, and welcome to the forum!
I'm afraid we don't have sound at Delta 2 or Lafarge this year. I won't bore you with the details, but things didn't work out as planned.
There should be sound on both White Rock cams - and I can't off-hand think of anything to suggest if you're getting sound at other sites. Do you hear the sound from the ad that plays before the cams come up? It's windy right now at White Rock so I'm hearing the wind noise, but on calm days when the eagles are quiet, it can be hard to tell there is sound.

Thanks very much Judy, I wasn't able to even load White Rock yesterday so I wasn't sure about that one. I can get the close-up one today and I am getting sound. Thanks again.

Hi planetocean :hello:
I'm not sure what you're asking - where do you normally see the arrows? What do they do? And by split screen, do you mean having two windows open at the same time - so you can watch a cam in one window and type in the other, or something like that?
