Adult on the nest facing the camera. I think this may be Dad but I can't make out the marking on his head and his breast is too far down on the nest to check for the necklace marking.
I hope they are enjoying the heat today because the forecast is for rain again for Mon,Tues and Wed. Not good hatching weather.

Mom has continued her restless behavior. Standing up, poking at the eggs and looking up. Dad is probably perched on top of the cam housing. He has over the years shown a preference for that.

Here is an image of the latest "stand up" The eggs stayed in Mom's shadow and this is the best I could do to enhance them

Adult exchange. Mom out and Dad immediately came in.

Dad flew off and the eggs were in the sunlight for a minute before Mom returned

I can't see anything. I've enlarged them but the quality of the original size does not allow for much. The image gets too pixelated and all the natural spots don't help.

5:00pm MDT

Just checked and noted neither parent home. As I edited the image, Mom arrived and resumed brooding

From earlier this afternoon

About 3:30 or so, a white thing - raft? - I don't see any people - floated down river. This was one of the times Mom got up and watched over the edge of the nest



Later around 5:00, a human appeared below the nest. He seemed to have some thing in his hand and might have been making notes. This got Mom off the nest

Then Mom returned to the nest and continued her brooding

About 7:30 Another intruder. This time an orange raft. It does not look like it has any occupants either



This (I assume) caused Mom into defensive mode. She spent a good few minutes spreading her wings over the nest and monitoring the perimeter. Then returned to brood.
