Afternoon Friends

As you know the deadline to submit screen captures in our very first HWF Screen Capture Contest closed at the end of August.

After the contest closed we reviewed all entries then a short listing (a difficult task) followed, which took some time.

So we are now pleased to share a Contest Summary with you, as well as, too request your help in determining the top nine (9) entries!

Screen Capture Contest Summary



First warmest thanks to our members that submitted screen captures for this contest; your beautiful captures triggered so many fond memories of our beautiful Delta2, Lafarge and White Rock families so hats off to all of you for

sharing some fine memories with us!

We received so many great screen caps 119 in total and each a precious capture in its own right, which made it very challenging to trim or short list these wonderful screen captures.

So keeping in mind our contest theme & focusing on our amazing Ma & Pa pairs first .... and then ... secondly considering some screen captures that did included a few of the new baby chicks we were finally able to

short list (a very tough task) too 41 amazing screen captures entries.

Regretably some stunning captures of our first year juvies did not make the short list, which was unfortunate as we would have preferred to include them as well.

We do hope to use many of these amazing screen captures (even the ones not chosen in the top nine) in future HWF promotions so every entry is already deemed "a precious keeper"

So the next phase of the Contest is to open it up to the membership to pick our top nine (9) screen captures and this is where we need your help.

Voting Guidelines

You can choose up to three selections per nest for a total of 9 selections.

Each entry is identified by a number as opposed to a name and once the top 9 entries have been determined we will share the contestant screen names on the forum.

When you are ready to submit your selections please include the following: the name of the nest; the entry number; your screen name and your email address.

Send your vote/selections in one email only and forward too my email debs571@hotmail.com

In the Subject Line of the email please include this heading HWF Voting - 2012 Screen Capture Contest, which will ensure your email is not sent to the junk mail.

You may only vote once and the voting will close at 6 pm on Sunday - October 14 2012.
