We had quite a long visit from Mom and Dad at the nest this evening near dusk, about 6PM nest time.----

Here's the first eagle. I'm not sure who it is--it's harder to tell from up above. Puzzled

I don't know if this eagle has a snack or is just picking at the rail.

Both of them were there moving a few sticks around. I think it's Mom on the left and Dad on the right.

wave Good Morning All

Mary I can't tell you how excited I was to see all the wonderful pics you got of these parents. I am now a Moderator at the Delta 2 Ustream site and have been very busy getting my feet planted, so I have not had a chance to check in on the nest as often. Things will settle down soon and I will be posting here on a regular basis once again. This nest deserves all the attention it can get & I will do my best to help that along. Several of the people at Delta bounce around from nest to nest, so I will get this 1 on their bounce list.

Hugs, Syd

Love that you are bringing others to this site. It has been so wonderful to see so much coverage so early. I am hoping to see some little e's here this season.

One of our beautiful eagles out on a branch at about 8:50AM nest time. It looks foggy and maybe a bit of rain. Right after this s'cap it flew off towards the lake.
