I haven't seen the eagles on the camera for a couple of days but I did get an email from Bev Day last night saying that Ma brought in some mud to the nest on Saturday.
It's nice to know that they're both still there. Maybe they're waiting for Mr. Raccoon to move on before they get into nest building again.

Hi to all the people watching the delta nest I did see an eagle earlier this morning on my way to owl where I volunteer there.Had a bird rescue in richmond another volunteer and myself went down to pick it up the eagle was still up in the nest towards the top right corner coming back seen both there so they are still there ok :oops::oops:

Thank you Diane. That's good to know. They have to be wary of the raccoon. A predator in their nest that they are trying to rebuild is one big problem.

waveThe raccoon: As it grows older, it should find a better place to sleep than an open air drafty nest.

HWF spent time and money to put cameras up there, so a raccoon there would be considered a pest, I think. If it should keep coming there, HWF or OWL needs to get pest removers to live trap and take it away, is my solution to the problem Thank You
