11:14 a.m.
An adult flew in and landed on the branches.
A moment later the second flew into the upper part of the tree out of our view.

The eagle is still perched out on the same branch. Must be enjoying the ride as the branch sways in the wind.
I haven't seen it's partner leave the upper branches so maybe he's doing the same.

This eagle must have been there in plain sight for some time - and I only saw him when he moved his head

I was away from my desk for a couple of minutes and came back to see that the visible eagle has left - so there almost an hour as jkr saw them arrive around 11:14 am.

Like you, Pat, I noticed him or her sitting there sometime later. Smile

Just noticed that there was an eagle in the nest:

Not seeing the other one, but he or she might be perched in the tree. Quite windy so I have the sound turned way down.

Dad is doing a bit of nestling in the grass they brought yesterday - I like the idea of that!

Mom has left, Dad standing beside the patch of straw, looking around.

And I need to get back to work - will keep an eye on them as I can.
