Well I missed Pa's entrance, so not sure what time exactly he arrived.
However, I did see Ma exit the nest at 7:24 pm, at the 9 oclock position of the nest.
Here is Pa, now settled in the nest bowl, at 7:25 pm :
And of course he must adjust that stick!
Gotta love Pa ....
Cheers,
Cheryl

Skipper.... I love both your videos! How I love Dad so intent on those sticks! But such a good sport as he's interrupted to sit on the eggs!

6:51 a.m.
Mom's white head is slowly coming into the view on the nest as daylight begins to arrive.
6:54 a.m.
Mom is wide awake. She suddenly tosses her head back and calls out. I didn't hear a response but Mom is again very relaxed so she obviously isn't alarmed about anything.
6:58 a.m.
Mom has now tucked her head between her wings and gone back to sleep.
7:02 a.m.
Mom is awake again after a short nap.
I'm out

Good morning jkr, Dede.
Thanks Skipper for the vids. They are always a nice watchable length. Not too long.
Pa is a most endearing eagle .

A short video of Ma this morning. Her neck feathers look wet and disshevelled. She snapped at one of the little birds flitting around the edge of the nest.

11:20 a.m.
Mom? incubating; sound of drums in the background and chirpy birds very close by. Looks to be sort of sunny with little to no wind.
Yikes!!! Just as I posted this, the drums got INCREDIBLY LOUD and I can hear yelling and another kind of bird giving an alarm call (don't know what it is -- not a raven).
May have to turn this off because I'm not really into the drumming -- giving me a headache
11:30 a.m.
Noisy drums continue so I turned off the sound :-( Mom gets up off the eggs, wing stretch and flies off over 3; moments later Dad lands at 9 and rolls the eggs and scooches down over them.

11:34 a.m.
Hmmm--something odd about the feathers on Dad's neck -- they are all dishevelled
11:38 a.m.
Just played the video back that I recorded when Dad landed in the nest just now. His leg feathers are wet -- so that's probably what's up with his head/neck, they're wet. He's shaken his head a couple of times perhaps to shake off water? I don't think it's raining so maybe he was in the water at some point?
11:40 a.m.
Dad called out a couple of times (or at least it looked like; I have sound turned off)
11:45 a.m.
It must be raining -- Dad keeps shaking his head.
11:47 a.m.
Wow!! Something must be up! Dad calling out and suddenly takes off over 5. I can see something flying around the nest and Dad just jumped into the nest calling. Turned on my sound and there is another eagle calling off cam.
11:48 a.m.
Dad shuggles.
11:50 a.m.
Dad settles in over the eggs. Then he and Mom? (off camera) calling back and forth -- somewhat frantically!
My monitor isn't large enough to have both cams on screen at the same time so I can't see what going on on the Wide-Angle, but I'm almost certain that there were intruders flying around the nest.
Is there anyone else here? I'd like to process the intruder video that I have but I can't do that and watch the nest and record observations at the same time :-(

:hello: Hi Skipper, my recorder is on and my eyes are open, I do the observation until you are back. My video I put on later...I saw a black bird so I think it was because of the raven. :hello:

It is nice to see it back a video, when something happen it happens always so quick. The raven becomes a juvie eagle ? Some part at the video there is nothing to see, but I like the calls between Mom and Dad.

Here is the video ...The intruder
