5:29pm for the last few minutes only 2 of the 3 are eating.
The chick at 7oclock spot has finished his meal.

After checking the goods at 12oclock the chick with no food moseys over to see if there are any offerings from the chick at 4oclock spot. Of course, there are none.

Not quite sure what was happening, but an osprey-sized bird flew over the nest a couple of times - my guess was Mom with empty talons, but not sure. Chicks were peeping away in feed-me mode (or so it looked to me) - even the one currently eating that huge fish. I think on the third pass Mom settled on the platform that's barely visible at the bottom of the screen, but I'm not sure about that.

A minute or two later, the chick at bottom right has returned to eating, and the other two are looking around, so I'm guessing either Mom is no longer nearby, or they've decided she's not bringing food.

Judy, I`m pretty sure that there was an intruder pass over the nest and Mom came to chase it as the chicks were alarmed and in defensive mode -wings flapping.
It seemed to me that the intruder landed on the pole and big Sis did a noble job of defending from the left corner.

BET, if you can check your tape at 5:54pm and run it for 3 min. or so you can catch both ospreys. It won`t show clearly who lands on the post but there is quite a threat at least perceived by the youngsters. Even at 6:05 they are checking out the landscape and Big Sis is up at 6 while feather has resumed eating.

eta On the other hand, Judy and Terri saw it quite differently and of course they could be right! Just unusual behaviour from pretty well-fed chicks, imo.
