6.38 Parent incubating in the nest. My guess would be Ma.

OK so I hear Ma calling out for Pa, so I wait with mouse positioned to snap for her to fly off and I STILL couldn't move fast enough to get a scap!!! Rats!! With the cam being further away, you really have to be ready very quickly to scap, especially when it is darker at the nest. I did get a scap of Pa coming in......again....Green LOL

Good evening Hornby! wave

Gemini2kds, I put your post in this help thread to see if anyone might have some answers for you...

forum/viewtopic.php?topic=348674#348674

If you don't check it, I'll check and let you know if someone has a solution. My first thought would be maybe to defrag your computer, but I'm no expert. It's just weird you could see some pictures on the forum before, but not now. Puzzled

Jill, I guess 'full page' ad was a little deceiving (and proof I was not fully awake yet LOL ). What I meant was it covered up the cam. I see from some s'caps others have the same warning before the dang ad takes over. Even though the cam is off right now,the ads aren't! Whistling Here's one of the ones I'm talking about...

Thanks beans! Grin I've been using Google Chrome for a while, and haven't had any trouble. Firefox seems to give me fits, so I quit using it, and forget IE! It's slower than molasses in January! Green LOL I may go ahead and install AdBlock Plus if those ads continue to annoy me.

OK, now back to business...thanks for the s'caps! Clapping I'm still trying to get used to the new view, but I like that we get to see more of the island. Left thumb up

Good evening Hornby! wave

Hey Bev! :hello:

Thanks for the s'caps! Sorry I haven't been here all day...had to get brakes on my car, then got word my dad was back in the hospital. He's OK, but they're keeping him overnight for observation.

Not much has changed since you took your s'caps, Bev. I can't see any white head in the nest, but I know someone has to be there! No noise except the crows.

Today was the projected hatch date for the first egg (I'm assuming there's 2 ) but I guess we won't know for sure if one hatched till we see Ma and Pa flying in and out with food.
