Mary, it won't be long and we will get them figured out. They were at the nest this afternoon. It looked a bit cramped for both of them to be in the nest. They were digging, moving sticks, beaking each other and then off they flew from 3.

Dec 18th late afternoon.

Donna....I must have been watching the nest at the same time you were! Smile I have some scaps from their visit too. You are right--this does seem to be quite a small nest. I noticed that they kept bumping each other and having little spats about it.

I think I started to observe them at about 4:45PM nest time or so until about 15 minutes later.

Both on the nest. I'm pretty sure that Dad is on the left and Mom on the right.

The first eagle in the nest was Mom for sure...Dad flew in with a stick...Mom left ...then Dad left. Mom came back a while later just to sit for a while.

This scap is just about like yours......
