I went to Pat Bay today and both Ma & Pa were there Clapping Ma was perched in one of the trees beside the Pat Bay Trading Post when I arrived and was still there when I left the area just after 5pm. The first time I drove past the nest I didn't see Pa but he could have been nearby gathering branches for their nest, which is in very bad shape Oh My The next time I drove by he was perched in the tall tree next to the nest tree. When I went by the third time after having a coffee at the market, Pa was gone. They both look healthy Wub I'll post some pics of Ma soon but sadly no pics of Pa Sad Welcome home Ma & Pa Sitting eagle Sitting eagle

Evening Sidney wave

Kay So glad to hear you saw Ma & Pa Sidney Wub Very Happy I hope they are refreshed after their vacation.

You mentioned the nest is in bad shape...is it a result of a busy nesting season or is there some damage from a wind or storm event etc?

Look forward to seeing your pictures Kay Whistling

Debs the condition of the nest is due to 3 very large healthy eaglets stomping around on it, as well as part of it falling in the winds. Being the master constructor he is, Pa will have it built up in no time Left thumb up
