Thank you eaglenut!
.
We have been so enjoying the shoreline view of the beautiful White Rock eagle family.
Though we are hundreds of miles away, it feels like we're just sneaking a peak at nature's wonders.

Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Thanks Tina. Your pictures (and Christian's) are so helpful to get a better understanding what goes on outside of the cam lens. I can just imagine the thrill it is to see them in real life.

hi All, I got this letter yesterday when we were all wondering what was going (unfortunately I didn't see it until last night). Erin Barker lives right there in the WR neighborhood and could see what was happening with our eaglets.

"I live a few doors down from the nest and can watch them from my window. Today when Foxy went up the tree out of the camera view, she was trying to get up to where Echo was. He was on the top far right and she made it up to the top and was sitting up there wondering how to get back down. Then one of the adults flew in with food and she wanted it badly, she took her first flight down and Echo followed. But it was too late, the adult had already eaten all the food. I'm pretty sure she was the one who came back a few minutes later to the same spot on the tree on top and couldn't figure how to get back down. Then she flew off again and made a big circle and came back to where Echo had been sitting. Now both of them are out there somewhere.
I will try to figure out how to post next year as we have a perfect view of the nest and my daughters call me an eagle freak. The adults and all their kids over the years hang out on a tree right in my back yard. Sometimes there are 6 of them just hanging out in the tree. We are so fortunate!!"

Great pictures here Jean, Christian, Tina and all.....(no particular order, just loud praises) that bring this nest to life in a different way. I like to call it "Beyond the Nest", or something like that. Y'all have so much fun getting to know them this way - joy is here.

Claire that letter is delightful to explain more. Thank you!
