Finally in WR - there was fog for most of the day because the wind was blowing from land to Sea - which also made it difficult for eagles and other birds to drift - when the air flows from land to sea there is a drop in altitude so it means that birds have no lift, on the contrary, they drop. Opposite is true when the air blows from the sea - fantastic lift. So although it was mildly windy, eagles stayed on ground to save energy.
