Thank you Jean, Tina, Annie and Cococat9 for your kind comments and appreciating the photos with the lucky weather. Although it was cold and my fingers were frozen, I am glad I waited for several hours until suddenly this eagle pair appeared on top of the pine tree. The light was perfect (rare) and it was a lucky Sunday.

Thank YouThank YouThank YouThank You

Christian, gorgeous captures of the eagles in the glow of the setting sun Left thumb up The look on the eagle's face in your last close up shot is priceless. It looks like it is staring right at you and saying 'We're out of here!' Great job Cheers

What a windy day! The usual walk with the dogs, looking up and spotted over 40 eagles at one time soaring above WR! So I went back to Kwomais Point Park in South Surrey and met Tina! We did some observing and photography, but the eagles were so high that it was difficult to take decent pictures. Here are six images. Recognize the eagle with the missing feather from my earlier images? Tina thinks it is a female. Click on the images for better resolution.

7:05pm......Christian..........love today's photos! When you double click on the last one there is so much detail shown and the expression on the face of the eagle is so determined. Your pictures are so good that they almost don't look real! That is meant as a compliment and I do thank you for sharing them today.Thank You
