Christian....thanks for posting the pictures. Truly was a magical day for me. I have seen videos and pictures of eagles laying eggs but never real time.

torontoeaglelover --- the racoons are so cute, and to see them with the heron standing nearby makes a person realize how nicely some animals get along in nature.

This afternoon was partly sunny and windy, so I rushed home and was close to the WR nest from 5.30 pm onwards. Here some impressions

Pa then sits on top the the nest tree for 30 min, testing enjoying the sun shine and testing my endurance in the wind
