The Forum Has Moved!

Great pictures - thanks, Mary! I was surprised to see wet eaglets - but upon reflection, it's probably quite warm there so not a big deal if they get a bit damp while having breakfast.

I found this on my Facebook page tonight. The AEF has started a new newsletter called "News From the Nest". The first information is pretty much known but the rest of the articles are pretty interesting! It's worth a look. From 5-14---It's late afternoon and Mom is feeding the chicks with Frank watching with great interest.



A nice look at the feeding but it appears that one of the eaglets has poohed the lens!!



Indy stops feeding and Frank jumps down into the nest.

14th---Frank was really comical! I don't know if he had fed these eaglets before. He grabberd a very large piece of food and circled the eaglet pile with it in his beak.



He stopped by the cam as if asking for some help .



Frank looks pretty goofy here with that food dangling from his beak. "Where is Indy when I need her?"

14th---Frank walked around some more looking for an eaglet who was awake to feed. I was laughing out loud by this time!!



Finally he got smart and broke the food into smaller pieces and when 1 chick popped up it's head--there he was with food!!

14th---Poor Frank,! He wanted to feed the chicks so badly and they were all full. Look at that little crop!
