Hello Mishka:

Thanks for wishing us "Canadians" a Happy Canada Day. We had wall to wall sunshine and that made it so enjoyable for everyone to take part in the celebrations. Not only did us "locals" enjoy the festivities, but we were fortunate in being able to share the fun with thousands of motor cycle enthusiasts who were here for the weekend. We are looking forward to lining up on the streets tomorrow to watch them as they bike out of town.

Hope you're having a great summer Mishka.

Hi All - thanks for the weather update. Also Happy Canada Day from Wisconsin.

It sure has gotten quiet on this forum. Hope all is well for everyone. Have you all been watching the Hornby Nest?

In Wisconsin we have had days of 95-100 degrees!

good Sunday morning to those diehard Hornby eagle fans still hanging in . . . .I have read through most of the threads here and am happy to see the eaglet named Elizabeth. Elizabeth May is a hero of mine . . .But I see that on the HEGPS thread they call the eaglet "Hali". Can someone please tell me if they named her something else?

Thanks for any info.

PS: i went to the cam site and asked. the eaglet is named Hali {Greek for bald eagle} - so I guess she has 2 names
