Thanks for the link, Daybreak. Had I been a bit more inquisitive or even used my brain a tiny bit, I wouldn't have had to ask. Oh the shame

Thanks Nightowl for the info on the new cam.....I'm looking forward with such anticipation to be able to "see" Ma and Pa and to observe the upcoming season. It's like reuniting with family after a long absence. And I'm so happy there will be thread from here as well. Thanks again in advance.

waveNIghtowl, Riverbottom, gemini2kd, Dawn, Linda, Peppy, GG, and I hope I didn't leave anyone out!!

Thanks Nightowl for posting the Hornby FB information. Yes, we will do our best to keep all informed as we get further info.

Only 5 more days until hatch day? Well, now it is closer to 4 days? Every season it is so exciting as this time approaches. It is also nice to hear back from people from previous seasons at Hornby, as well as meeting new posters like Peppy. Smile

Good news! Clapping

Posted by Hornby Eagles on FB.....

HEGPS will be launching the new Hornby Eagles nest and territory cam on Friday, April 20, 2012 at 10:00 AM PDT.

We appreciate your patience and understanding while we worked on the installation and testing. There are a few minor issues that will soon be resolved, but we have decided to begin streaming so that you can share in the fun.

:hello: Nightowl, Bhrighde, GG, and Hornby friends!

Tomorrow as you know the HEGPS Hornby cam will start streaming at 10 am PDT as Nightowl has posted. Will will be continuing this observation thread for ground observations as we have by Doug Carrick, and I as I know many of you have thoroughlly enjoyed and appreciated all of his delightful and descriptive posts. I hope they keep coming as they are priceless.

There will also be a HWF thread for Discussion, Observations, Screenshots and Videos of the HEGPS Hornby Cam at this link:
forum/viewtopic.php?showtopic=337538

Once we get the link to the new cam, it will be posted here as promised.

ETA...

*ahem* this is nightowl. LOL

Here is the link to what may be a temporary page to see the cam. (I'm not sure)

http://www.hornbyeagles.com/HEGPSchat.htm

Once the ball got rolling, it's rolling fast! If you can, go to the link above before 10AM PDT tomorrow. On that link there will be an introduction and the cam. That's all I know right now, and that's why I said this may be a temporary link. Once we get a permanent link, it will be posted in the NEW Hornby cam thread. (Link provided by Jill.)

Can't wait to see Ma and Pa again! Cheers

ETA: This is Jill! Hi there Nightowl and thanks for the information!!
