Scott, hope they can fix Juliet's cam. can't find the link, again Frustration Holly video was so funny, pesky little vole, bet he won't explore her again! smart Honey, i notice her and Holly are further away from their doors also, i think that is smart too, wonder why the doorways are so big in Honey, Lucky and Ted's dens Puzzled

Dede, my sons friend/roomate Jake, (and good friend of mine) is getting better at the rehab little at a time, such a kind and caring person always doing for others, including myself, i hate to see him hurt, but he will be ok soon. i know how lucky i was to be at Brigham's Woman's and have the possibly #1 specialist/surgeon there, feel very grateful. and now feel the same with my Dr's at Holy Family in Methuen, Mass.

Jean, slept great again last night. glad you did a battery search just in case, i have to use those 9V only in my smoke detector, but will be taping them from now on when they are dead. pretty scap of snowy nest at night at Decorah love your friend John's car is a work of art, many many hours of work there, should of gotten first place imo Nodding yes and he is a comedian too! LOL

Anna, many parents with empty nests now making nice offices in the kids rooms, happy days for storage problems too. you and Rudd have a beautiful roomy office now, great work Clapping nice Decorah nest scap also, it will be even prettier when eagles are in it love great link to the cartwheel beautiful eagles, pics end too soon, don't know if they got separated or not Sad

Carolyn, soft heart got you! hug but i truly know how you feel, glad for you and hope all goes smoothly now fingers crossed if not, at least you have that room if needed for awhile longer

Judy, hope your fog (and spirits) lifted since the pics, at least it can't be too cold when that kind of fog Left thumb up

Linda, hope you enjoyed the b-day party, good job with the video putting it together, and the i phone recording too! i remember seeing your video before and loved that rescue operation, hope the mama deer was released soon and found her young one. Wub

Elle, no, i only had radiation for my breast cancer, was aprox. 17yrs. ago, had to go for about 4-5 months treatments. i was lucky, the cancer had gotten to the Lymph node they said, so they felt they got it all and they removed the Lymph node, i remember feeling complete numbness under my left arm for many yrs, still some now, and now they do not take BP, blood work or anything on left arm, said it can cause something, don't remember the word Roll eyes so chemo will be new experience for me. ty for the good wishes hug

wave JudyB, Naoma, Annie, Iona and all friends, have a good evening Big hugs

wave Dede

Nice s'cap of the snowy Decorah nest Jean. Thanks for the link. Smile
Cool pics of John and his friends with his Peep Car. That must be a pretty interesting parade.

Nice that Pebbles now has the run of the house Carolyn. Lots of exploring to do and new "toys" everywhere. Titter

Fog is better than rain Judi. Smile
Nice s'cap and pics showing how fogged in it is there.

Thanks for posting your Nat Geo appearance Linda. You did an excellent job! Smile

Good to see so many eagles back in the area Doreen. Smile
There is no link to Juliet's cam as they aren't allowed to broadcast it live.
I think the den doorways are so big because Ted is a rather large fella and they never know which den each bear will use. Titter
Nice to hear that Jake is on the road to recovery.

wave elle & JudyB

Great sequence by Brad Hill of the talons locked eagles Anna. Smile
I have no idea why your bookmarked sites won't work anymore.

I don't think I have any clear pics of the eagles with locked talons Iona. The times I've seen it they've been quite a distance away.

wave to Sunday evening......

I definitely do believe animals have emotions, Annie. Nodding yes

Jean......
you have a very creative cousin. Smile
I had my old camera with me, luckily in my pocket. When I said I had muddy hands, I mean like, mud gloves past my wrists. When the breaks went on, I went forward & hands down to catch myself. The dogs had mud socks up past their ankles. Grin
Was John's entry in the Bravo Charity a clear butterfly with lighting from beneath? It's beautiful.

wave elle, Carolyn, JuD, De, the fist is a good description, too. .......

Linda
, another great round of eagle pics. Red Heart

(((Doree))), sounds like you've had a good weekend but I bet you're tired now.

Holly's startled reaction made me Titter & Titter, Scott.
I thought, like (((Iona))), that you've had a fairly close encounter of the twirling kind. Maybe it was RTs?

Anna......I was lucky to see the big cloud as the rest of the sunrise was pretty plain. I want to find out what caused that kind of explosive look.
Cartwheel eagles Left thumb up

Going back to check llinks...........thanks everyone. Big hugs

Good Evening EA Friends....A poem is screaming at me!

Nestorating in the fog is a perilous thing,
You bring in a log and it slips off your wing.

The wing tips over sideways, the log flies off there,
and before you know it, it's caught in your hair (feathers).

Now what do you do, you are balanced quite right,
and if you tip over you fly on despite.....

That log on your wing, what do you do with that thing?
Dump it in the fog, start over with the other wing.
