muddy: What a beautiful cake. I can honestly say I have never had a slice of Pineapple Upside Down cake. I have never been a sugar hound and my mother never baked. She was a great cook but she hated baking. So I never developed a sweet tooth.

Linda: Knowlton says he learned from his Daddy and his Granddaddy. This is what they did for recreation and bonding. He will pass it on. At present he has 2 daughters.

You know in some small way I almost understood removing a rogue animal from a herd apparently under threat as a means of ensuring survival of the rest of the species. But once I saw Knowlton's history there is no way I can believe for an instant he, or any of his ilk, does this out of altruism. Hunters like him want to make sure they have animals to hunt in future and this is the only reason they conserve land and species. To think otherwise is naïve. If rhinos flourish they will be able to continue shooting them as with any other species.

Augustsage County was a tour de force performance for Meryl Streep. A dark portrayal of secrets and lies in a dysfunctional family. It had its comic moments though.

Naoma, here the program is on every Sat. morning at 11:30am, after Jack Hannas wild Countdown, and a couple more wildlife shows. i hope your night was ok last night

Annie, it is a challenge to stay caught up here at times, but i like that no one makes you feel like you have to. it is fun to see the different nests on big tv screen, even read posts, i like it, and i like that i can find movies or tv programs on the pc i want to see and watch them when i want to.

the bears was the best part of the show Scott, showed lots of folks viewing the bears on safe walkways built up high, usually Sat. mornings ch. 5 (WCVB - ABC) has good wildlife programming all morning til noon, whale and manatee rescues caught with fishing netting and lines, etc. right now the ice skating is on same ch. with Gladys Knight and Kenny G performing a dedication to love songs, different. tax filing is simple for me now, i've used Tax Act for years and they import all last years stuff for me so it goes very fast, but i still need a Soc. Security W2 before i can finish, the government is never in a hurry to do anything as usual, unless it is something that'll hurt us. like new taxes or the like. great bear update last night, i like the new view they did. pretty mama bear with the new tiny cubs. oh my! that cake looks soooo good, i love cherries on mine too, and i use the slices of pineapple also. but mine never looked so good.
