Grin Good morning Turtle Bay,

Thanks for the tip, EW. Yes; I do click on the "play" button each time I visit. Just trying to narrow down itsgrama's tech issues.

Nest is looking good this morning; however, have not seen either eagle at home.

wave CAL04!I just saw an eagle in the nest around 4:45, but had already hit the link to their discussion forum. When I tried to get the eaglecam back,it wouldn't come up?Bash computer

Speaking of technology issues itsgrama...eagleboy advises that you try a different internet server like Google Chrome(free download available) or Explorer. He said Firefox doesn't do that well with live camera feeds unless you have a Mac computer.
Let me know if that helps at all!

Today, we had a cool sighting down at another nest along the Sacramento River in Anderson that we watch regularly. There was an immature, I'm thinking 3.5-4 years old, sitting near the nest. We also spotted one of the adults sitting in another tree nearby.
Here are some pics of the immature taken through the spotting scope-couldn't get any closer but it had some really neat markings on it...

On Friday around dusk, we found Patriot sitting on the branch below the nest. We never did get to see Liberty, who probably showed up after we left.
I managed to get one shot of Patriot before it got too dark...

Grin Hi Turtle Bay,

eaglewoman,

Thank you for posting your mystical-magical Anderson photos of the immature and adult, not to mention the one of Patriot, which is also breathtaking. Actually brought a tear of joy to my eye. love

Thank You CAL04! I'm so glad they bring you as much joy as I have taking them!Grin

eagleboy and I rode by the nest on the bike trail tonite at dusk. Despite the foggy weather, I spotted one of the eagles, I believe it was Liberty, on the Victory Branch as we first rode by. Then, on our way back, Patriot had joined her and they were both standing guard together on the Victory Branch.

Hopefully we'll get some sunshine this week and I'll get down there for some more pics!Left thumb up

Thanks for the updates and the photos, eaglewoman. That must be the near the nest you took me to. Cool.
Two of us kayaked 50 miles down the Sacramento River this weekend. We saw at least 30 adult bald eagles and a couple immatures. The sightings and the trip were awesome.
Hope to be able to see Patriot and Liberty in person very soon.
