Nest remains empty....
No sign of Mom or Dad yet while I was
watching today.

Can hear some birds songs in the distance.
Traffic sounds too.

2;29PM arrived to the souds of chainsaws, no eagles.

I'm here for a while....

3:47PM construction sounds continue; no sign of our eagles.

4:06PM eagle flew up from below to perch in the top of the tree. trillng calls.

4;50PM I've had to be away from the computer off and on over the last 45 Minutes... I don't know if the eagle is still in the top of the tree or not.

5:30PM switched to night view...

Terry - are you still here? I'm beginning to wonder if I had too much wine with dinner. I think a juvie flew into the lower left - then a minute or two later, something arrived in the lower right. Pics in a minute.

I think they're both still there, though I'm not quite sure who or what is perched on the right - too much white in front to be an eagle, and the wrong time of year for an osprey, so I'm guessing a hawk of some sort?

I'm here now... and I see what you mean especially on the right.

I'm not in the habit of looking at branches below the nest. If it would move we could be sure!

6:02PM the 'stranger' is still at the lower right of the view. Perhaps when the automatic hi-res acreen-caps go up we can look bck through them and get a better look.

I need to sign off now. Great catch JudyB! Clapping

I'm positive the one on the right is still there - and is a bird, though I don't have a clue what sort of bird. I'm 90% certain the darker likely-juvie eagle is also there - though it's harder to see him/her move as it gets dark. I'll try to remember to check in the morning to see if they spent the night (thinking that my morning happens when it's still night in BC).
