GOOD THURSDAY MORNING WR!
So many wonderful s'caps, videos and reports since I left last night! Thank you all.
The little one looks very strong after such a dramatic entrance to the world.
I don't know, but this must be the first feeding. The little bobble ate a lot!
8:38a

The feeding was in progress when I came back in so don't know when it started.

8:58am
Someone dropped something below, startling the brooding adult.
8:59am
Adult is alert, heard a call, not sure if it was from the brooding adult or another (viewing through the WA).

I really hope someone made a video of that feeding.
:hello: BEV & Judy ...
Very nice to see you Bev. I didn't miss much with the feeding then. It looked to me
like the little one got quite a bit of food. Maybe I just wanted it to be that way.....
I'm hoping today will have less drama than yesterday from the intruder.
8:38-52a - Mom is over the little one and the egg. I didn't see a pip in the other
egg but last night I sure thought I saw one.
8:57a - Mom is doing a bit of preening below her left wing.
8:59 - Two short calls twice.
9:00-10 - Things are pretty quiet...Mom in same position brooding, glancing
around the area.....closing her eyes from time to time and a little rocking from time
to time.
How very beautiful she is!

HI SANDRA
I'm out for about 30 minutes.
