We have Towhees in our yard, and I couldn't tell whether the peeps were coming from outside or from the White Rock Nest--

Another glimpse of the puffball.
Let me know when I can stop pacing.

7:41PM dad is in with a prey item and mom is squawking quietly at him
now she is up and cheep'let is clearly audible!
Mom goes back to tend the chick and dad leaves
Prey Item is dark black 2 tone brown/black and likely a mammal; seen mid - screen, right
7;46PM mom moved the prey item a bit closer

Second adult arrived with food - maybe a squirrel? The new food item is on the right of the adult on the CU cam, near where the fish was earlier.

7:08p - She's been relatively calm, looking down and listening periodically.
7:11 - Hearing little peeps...Mom, of course, is too...she's looking down.
7:12 - Trains right on time. That set of tracks must be the closest as the
rumbling is very loud.
7:15-17p - She's partially up, rolls the one egg and I hear the little one. She
keeps moving trying to get positioned just right. She tidies around the bowl a bit too.
She is facing 4-5.
7:21p - Another adjustment and check in the bowl...she didn't get up.
7:27p - Dad calling from offnest...no response from Mom...she just looked
around a bit.
7:32p.....peep, peep as Mom gets up and changes position to face 5. More
rocking and peering down.
7:34p - Up again, more peeps...settled back facing 2. It's as though the bowl
isn't quite wide enough. She is pulling big clumps toward her making the bowl rim
more compact.
7:41p - Dad's in with what appears to be a large dead bird (roadkill?). He
takes a couple of bites...tries a little nestorating, getting right in Mom's face, and then flies out.

Judy - I was watching the W/A and the eagle I saw did not land on the limb, it
flew out over the Bay beyond the back of the nest.
I've been so glued to Mom and Dad all day, I'm getting a tension backache/headache.
Of course it might help if I had some dinner. It is very hard to leave but I'm going to
for awhile. Be back to say Good Night.
@7:45...I think (-:
