Wonderful news! Thank you everyone!
The high-res pictures aren't available until the following day, so I'm reserving this post in the hopes of adding a cropped close-up of the pip, assuming the adults are courteous enough to give us a peak during the once-every-five-minute intervals when the high-res pics are captured. I'll be cropping it to make sure it's no larger than the other pictures being uploaded on this page - but think it would be a nice addition to our records for this nest.

Both adults on the nest calling. At least one large bird (juvie? - looked eagle size but I didn't see any white) seen coming in fairly close from over the water.
