Thanks Pat :hello:

Hi Dede it was great to see you stop in last night. Hope to see you back again. I made this for you and all who are asking the differences between Ma and Pa.

Great photos everyone, and gemini thanks for the videos (a sleepless night?) Smile Clapping

Adult is brooding and must be sleeping as well, the head has fallen forward.

Warmer temps in the forecast for the weekend Clapping

7:17am
Adult is now awake, throws it's head back for a couple of calls, no reply heard.
It's quite windy, the ocean below appears calm.

I like watching the Bay below Sandra cause when the tide goes out it looks like you could walk clean across it!

Momma's home. Pa left, Ma to eggs with no visible marks but she is acting markedly different with them than usual. She must know something we can't see

I am beginning to think that the first egg is not viable. It is day 39 today and while it could go to forty days after being laid I am thinking today that it is not viable. It makes me sad yet at the same time amazed by being able to watch and learn and how incredible that so many eagle web cams teach that it is not an infrequent occurence that laid eggs do not hatch. Ma and Pa are beautiful birds and I keep watching as I start the count for the second egg

Mornin Hoda and my Tx

I meant to post this first thing this morning so you all could check it. I figured it had to be a shadow but then when I blew it up to 300% it looked like a piece of shell was missing. I'll let you guys have a go at it. Question would be though, if it was a piece of shell missing why wouldn't the eaglet be out of the shell by now

It was taken last night at 11:41
