Took a second look and see it is still Mom so have to edit my post a little.
11:38a - 3 short calls from offnest.
11:41a - After all that activity, she has remained facing 9 for the last 20 mins.
11:42a - Just as I say that, she gets up, gives the eggs a roll and resettles
facing 3...a 180 deg. turn.
11:45 - Dad arrives with food and Mom flies out over the back of the nest.
He is eating...didn't see what he brought.
He finishes what she wants of the food and rolls the eggs.
Now settled to incubate facing 12.
CLICK x2

I was busy making the s'caps so did not see the switch, but Dad's on the nest.
12:07a - Same position and now I'm out for lunch too

Dad was up rolling the eggs. His body blocked the view and there was only a glimpse of the eggs. I didn't notice any pips.

Just got home and doing the rounds catching up. Gee I don't know what's up with our eagles messing around with us this season with the eggs One minute there's pips the next there's not! Now you see it now you don't....they're laughing at us I think
beyond 40 days is the conventional wisdom Luna for eggs to no longer be viable, I think we still have wiggle room for 4 days for egg 1
woohooo to those earlier posts of Ma's behavior Annie!
Hi Ellen, great to see you here too!
Thanks for the vid Darlene
great shots Judy! and Hi to my Tx and jkr/Judy
Hope wildearth gets it together and soon!! 3 nest waiting to see pip/hatches on arghhh
I would rather spend my life close to the birds than wishing I had wings
