10:18a - Egg roll and a little digging in the bowl plus tidying up once she
is settled to incubate. Repositioned facing 3, breathing through her mouth.

10:48-52a Something is happening I do believe!! Mom gets up takes several lon
looks at the eggs, circles around the bowl at least three times stopping to look at
the eggs, settles a little, rolls the eggs.

10:54a - Up again and then resettles facing 9...she is really restless.

CLICK x2.......In the 4th s'cap, look at the egg at the front of the bowl.

:hello: Judy, Luna and Greers,

Did y'all see all that action just a bit ago?

Greers - I believe the latest hatch recorded was on the 40th day...beyond that,
there's probably not a good chance for a hatch.

I think she's just hungry and wanting a break to stretch her wings. I see that she's foraging around in the nest for something to eat but decided against that remnant of dead bird wing there in front of her. Where is Dad?? He's usually here by now, isn't he? She's been calling him but he hasn't turned up so far, and she's watching for him. Maybe he's having trouble snaring a fish for her. Poor lady. Sad

11:05a - A little sound and then 2 single calls....calling from offnest and Mom
trills multiple times.

1107-11aShe just got part way up, then again looking down at the eggs.
Now, she's up again looking down. She is turning around again and giving
the eggs a roll...stops, looks at them again...rolls them again. She wants
to settle, but turns, rolls them again....now wiggles over then. She's not all
the way down....gets up again. She takes a look at them and finally settles
facing 1.
That was 3-1/2 minutes of walking, rolling, looking, listening until she finally settled down
back over the eggs.

11:13a - Multiple trills.

11:14 - Many trills from offnest....Mom responds.

11:15-18a - She's up off the eggs looking at them, moves around a little,
gives them a roll twice....listens....makes another turn . Turning again, finally
settling back at 3. She constantly looks down in front of her.

11:21a - She's up again for egg roll and position to 9 moving the nesting
toward the bowl.

Ellen - By the way she's been acting I'm sure she is. She's been constantly up
and looking/listening.

Luna, She may be hungry but her actions indicate she is hearing/feeling something from
one of the eggs.

MOVEMENT BENEATH?

Mom has been "squirmy" all morning! Always moving, adjusting her position & looking down. She also seems to be preparing the sides of the nest bowl. I'm hoping there is movement beneath....soon to be the arrival of a darling little eaglet!!
