gretchen_AEF (Admin): THURSDAY Tuck-In:
Another easy tuck tonight. We left Romeo perched nest-side on the Wallenda branch, where he snoozed thru much of chat. He's shakin a leg now and likely back to head tuck soon. Juliet is doing her job keeping the kids warm and quiet thru the night. They are both eating and getting plump. . .such a joy to watch thru the day. Join us for morning chat at 8am. SED Y'all

Thank You so much Bev for all the beautiful posts and pics,
I have had a very busy week and am sitting down to catch up on this beautiful little family!

I loved your latest scaps of NE18 and NE19! They are so beautiful. Growing so fast, and I am so happy to see that all is going well here.

There were several fish brought to the nest today for the pantry and as far as I could read in the chat,
both chicklets ate very well...Romeo and Juliet are incredible parents, making sure each baby gets their fill. Red Heart

Here is a little reading, from the chat for this afternoon's happenings:

Dec 15, 3:53 PM
Good Afternoon Hamlet Peeps! Juliet perches nest side for a short while, Romeo flies, and Juliet returns to the nest at 2:59. Both eaglets are awake and ready to eat again. Romeo stocks the pantry with a nice fish at 3:42. Perches nest side then flies. Juliet attempts to feed the little ones, they are not real hungry.

aka_AEF (Moderator): They nibble at the food, their crops are huge! The fish Romeo brought in appears to be a grass carp. Juliet flies to stretch her wings at 4:33 while her little family is sleeping. Romeo is perched nest side. Juliet returns to the nest at 4:51 and begins to feed both.

Dec 15, 5:22 PM
aka_AEF (Moderator): A little bonking going on. Neither are overly hungry. Juliet stays on the nest and Romeo flies to the Sunset branch. What a beautiful picture of Romeo on the branch on cam1. The coloring on his feathers, and the colorful background is gorgeous. I cannot go any higher with the cam.

aka_AEF (Moderator): Romeo joins Juliet on the nest at 5:38.

Dec 15, 8:01 PM
leigh_AEF Good evening. It's been a quiet night in the Hamlet. Romeo is perched and tucked nest side. Juliet tucked in the babies. They are growing so fast and are stretched out and snuggling beneath her. Please join us for chat at 8 am EST. SED's everyone.

Dec 15, 9:05 PM
gretchen_AEF (Admin): FRIDAY Tuck-In: Another easy tuck tonight as leigh_AEF above reported. Tomorrow NE18 will be a week old! Check in tomorrow to watch the show. We have 2 little plumpsters as cute as can be. Please join chat at 8am! SED Y'all

Presently,...beautiful family is peacefully sleeping....
