10:32 am

Just saw an eagle fly by in the upper left corner of the screen - white tail clearly visible. Nice to see one, even if the only thing near the nest is one of the miscellaneous little black birds.

Wooh You're fast Judy! I caught a glimpse and was deciding whether it was an eagle or not and you posted! I'm glad you got a better vision than I did! :thumrht: Looked like it was flying higher into the tree. :dunno:

Glad you saw it too, stim! It's one of the very few times that I've been able to make a positive ID of the various large objects that occasionally fly by here. Smile

10:49 I heard their scratching on the tree trunk before seeing the 2 little squirrels. One's still exploring the tree. Also a flash of a big bird in that opening to the right of the nest, flying to the left.

I saw them as well - and the dark bird perched to the right of the nest just cawed, making it likely that it's a crow. Wink

Three people watching the CU cam and 6 watching the WA cam - nice to see!

I'm out for a while.

Hi All,
Was at the site at 9:45 and saw 3 very large eagels in a tree right across the road, so they are near by today. fingers crossed They start some nestorations and chase the visitors away Green LOL

Thank you for the ground report Gail! Reassuring. Smile

Cam keeps dying on me so I'm out. I hope those pesky squirrels didn't tamper with anything! Oh My
