Quote by: eaglenutAwesome photos and reports Christian, the eagles look so healthy and magnificent with there aerobatics, thanks for sharing
Nov. 28 2011 , I went to the nest today from 10 until 11 this morning, I saw both Ma and Pa at the nest, working with branches and then it looked like Pa flying away from the nest in search of branches. I watched him land in a tree and the hop on a branch to break it off the tree and then carry it back in his talons to the nest , I didn't capture the actions in photos, it happened so fast , it was amazing to see and hear the branch break !
Here are some photos from my day , I hope that you enjoy them Cheers , eaglenut
Hi Tina, I didn't think I'd make it tonight butttttt, just had to tell you I love these photos. What a fantastic
experience you had. Oh how I would love to see the branch breaking exercise! They must be very good at
that because Christian witnessed similar action.
I've been waiting, as I told you to see a new season of photos from you and I'm happy to see the beginning!

To Christian and Tina......
My oh my , these pictures are so amazingly cool! I did not know they broke the branches either - fascinating.
The soaring photos just lift my spirits so high I am with them. And Tina I love seeing them in the nest, from under instead of over. I will be stopping here often.

Bravo Tina Eaglenut! I'm loving the ground shots. How lucky to be able to view them in their surrounding. Looking forward to more wonderful pictures.

karenb passed this photo of a beautiful snowy owl along. It was taken by Martin Passchier at Mud Bay, which is part of Boundary Bay near Crescent Beach just north of the WR nest.
