3:00 CT feeding - it looks like there is a crack in D26's egg

According to the weather in Decorah, it isn't raining, but ice pellets are coming down. Here is a shot of mom protecting her babies from those ice pellets.

Sometime during the day there must have been a good sized bird brought to the nest. Look at the size of these black bird wings!



Mom won't show me the eaglets but this is a great shot of a very "eagly" Mom Decorah!!

I caught a feeding just now. It's really interesting how Mom D really does a bite for one and a bite for the other throughout the feeding---NO bonking!!!!
