2:47.... Mom was up again, she moved the gray object which was an egg, it looked like maybe a crack in it, but still whole...

3:40 mom does a wing stretch, gets up and has some of the fish to eat. Clear view of both eggs now.

3:42 pm

I was away from my desk and returned to see one of the adults (Mom?) eating some of the fish, and both eggs sitting there.

The adult only ate a bit of the fish, and is now incubating again.

I can tell the anticipation is VERY high here. I too am eager to see a hatch. Great captures and I am glad to come back to see that the eggs are indeed still intact, but perhaps a crack or pip....darned ole nest bedding can just be confusing.....so I am walking the halls with all of you....lol

4:48 pm

Adult just stood up - both eggs visible - called, and left the nest briefly. Not sure if it was a switch, or a stretch. It looked as if the incoming adult may have had a bit more grass or whatever sort of "fluff" they're using.

5:08 to 5:10 Parent is up and rolls one egg up in front of the other. Carefully settles back down.
