One in the tree. I could have sworn as the cam zoomed in there were two!

I am thinking the second one took off after prey before I could catch the scap because as I was scanning the tree trying to find the second one, the cam switched over to an empty nest and immediately one flew into the nest and proceeded to eat! I don't think there was enough time for the eagle in the tree to leave, catch a prey and land in the nest as soon as the cam switched!! By the time the cam returned to the tree view, they were both gone!

Cam switched to an empty nest and he/she arrived within seconds with prey. (eagle in the tree was there when the cam switched)



12:54 Turned around and looked around as if to say - Hmmm! Did anybody see me??

2:32PM I had the cam going for about 10 seconds and didn't see any one.

I didn't notice if the cam hung up because I was busy processing pictures and posting. But when I went back it was working and this is what I saw!

3:19PM no one home at the moment.

5:03PM Adult on the nest
looks like it's eating.

5:14PM the Adult is now perched on the branch at nest level 1oclock spot.

The cam has not panned away from this view all the time I have been watching. Nice! but why? (Richard did you take the controls?)
