It looks as if you can get the cam much larger if you click the icon in the lower right that looks like a square with a circle in the middle, next to the bars that show the level of sound. The only problem I found is that when I clicked "esc" to get out of full screen mode, the cam looked as if it had text from the WE site superimposed on it, and I needed to refresh my browser (and watch the ad again) to get back to where I was. Hopefully that's something they can address once some of the other issues have been resolved.

Added - haven't seen what I thought might be a second one again - it was just a glimpse, so probably a shadow. Here's another look at the one who is there.
