Well, I tried the Peanut Butter Muffin recipe I posted yesterday.

I did add choc chips and sprinkled cinnamon/sugar on the tops, and they were delicious. Simple to stir up and fast to bake. See the pic below.

Happy Baking... ;-))

love

Mid-nineties (degrees F) today in western Kentucky. Extreme drought conditions, grass is crispy if you don't water the lawn.

While shopping at the WalMarts this week, I picked up a Louisiana Lemon Cream Cake. It was delicious, the lemon flavor was so refreshing for these long sweltering days.

I googled, looking for a simple recipe to add to my cake repetoire'. I found a good one, will need to try this one and see if it is a suitable replica of this delicious cake.

Check it out... Lemon Cream Bundt Cake

from Food.Com

Serve with fresh berries and a little whipped cream. love

That looks delicious, BrendaMTaylor! Reminds me a lot of the Chocolate Chip Cookies that my grandmom would bake for me and my brother. Smile
