A couple of Starlings have been in and out of the old nest.
Heard eagle calls a few minutes ago.

Just posting a reply so I can check the box to be notified of replies. I hope I am doing the right thing. I made a bunch of new shortcuts and deleted the old ones. Then I got no email notifications from HWF at all today

I'm re-posting a video from the old forum--

Video: Welcome Home Sidney Bald Eagles

We've watched Madame and Monsieur Sidney, née Saanich, since 2006! During that time they've successfully raised nine eaglets! Good health and an abundance of food contributed to their success. They built two strong nests and maintained them. No nest collapses or weather disasters, thank goodness.

2006: Victoria and Sidney
2007: Skye
2008: Triplets in the new nest
2009: Breeze, Hero, Tiny

I look forward to seeing them again, from my "eagle-eye" seat in the tree. How fortunate we are to witness the continuing story of these eagles.
