Hi All!

Naoma, I hope you saw it hatching too! It was amazing!

From their Twitter feed.
"CornellHerons ‏ @CornellHerons
1:20 AM EST 4/29: There was an apparent owl attack to the nest; Dad defended, was VERY vocal and it appears all is okay.
1:37 AM EST 4/29: Mom returns to the nest. It is unclear now (3:50 AM) who is on the nest.
5:40 AM EST 4/29: Mom is up and all three chicks and both eggs are accounted for...hooray! She's right back down on the nest."
That owl needs to hunt elsewhere!

Hi Nanc Smile If you're up, then it must be very early for me. Titter
I wanted to see the chicks and got to see a feeding as well for the first time, so it was worth it. Smile
