After waiting for what seemed like an eternity, Clyde finally flew up to Bonnie in the nest

Everything happened so fast.. Bonnie and Clyde left the nest and flew right over me and straight down to the lake. ( I thought they would land by the tree to keep a eye on the goslings jumping out)

Next was a mess of confusion.. were they jumping.. yes, they jumped, they jumped so fast we couldn't keep up with them as they landed below

All you could see was little yellow blurs dropping from the sky.. finding them on the ground was quite a challenge.

Then Bonnie and Clyde came walking up over the hill from the lake.. Honking up a storm, letting the goslings know they were there..

you can just see #6 on the far left side, he would take a few steps, then flop down.. I was concerned he had injured himself in the jump.

The long march to the water with all 5 keeping up.. #6 still trailing behind, but doing his best to keep moving.

A slow procession as they made their way along the road

I spotted an eagle flying just behind the nest tree.. praying that he/she would keep going and not pay any attention to our little group. He/she headed back towards the other eagle nest, I breathed a sigh of relief.

Still moving along, getting closer to the closed gates
