Tuesday April 30th 10:30 to 11:30 am

I couldn't see Bonnie or Clyde in the nest.. but there is a tiny yellow backside sticking out of the nest.. I know there isn't any leaves or yellow things on that side of the nest, so I am going to assume it might be a American Goldfinch visiting the nest.

Jack and Jill both made a appearance in the sky for me.
This is to the left of our nest tree, I was standing on the road facing our nest.

I turned back to the nest, this time a new dark area has popped in.. *could be the starling*

Turned back to Jack and Jill, but there was only one in the sky now, heading back towards their nest.

I drove up the road a bit, wanted to see if I could get a shot of the Heron Roost.. no, the trees were to full to see through.. But I did spot 5 on the ground..
Can you find all 5?

Maybe this picture will help you to see all 5 better.

A little Dark-Eyed Junco stopped by my feet to see what I was doing.

As I got ready to leave.. I noticed a pair of geese on the left side of the lake, which from our tree would be straight across and a little to the left, if your facing the nest tree.
Since I could not see Bonnie or Clyde in either the nest or in the usual spot on the lake.. I am going to assume that this pair was indeed, Bonnie and Clyde.

Wonderful pictures Pam! Bravo What a great day you had. The little herons are too cute.
Our little goslings are going to have a thrill of their little lives floating out of that tree.
