Thanks, Pam, for the pictures. It was great to see where Mother and Father Goose go when they leave the nest.

How beautiful Pam. Thank you taking the time to go on location. It sure will be something to see the little goslings flutter jump from the nest.

Good Morning friends.....
Pamela, that was an incredible visit you gave us. It's cool to see where Jill is nesting as well as the pond where the geese live and all the other wildlife. I am glad Percy could show you hiw beautiful spot.
It is certainly delightful to know that Jack and Jill (the eagles) did come back down the Hill and found and nest waiting. We sure are lucky to have the Geese!

Bleu Herons are my favorite so that was beautiful to see....I love it when they soar over my house.
Choose joy.......
Since Sept 2009.

Terry, Karen, Carole, Bleu and Bev.. you are all very welcome.
Yes Terry all that plus more... the little ones were not missed just to quick to photograph.
Karen... They didn't go far from the nest, that spot they were in at the lake, was just in front of the property, I tried to zoom over to it when I got back yesterday, however the branches and leaves are to dense to see through them... I knew what I was looking at but no one else would have.
Carole... I was thinking that it would be awesome if I could be down at the tree with my camera as they came down.
BleuI was so pleased to see Jill in the nest.. we had talked about which nest they were actually in and Percy thought they were further up by the logging mill. From what Percy tells me about the herons around there, then you might be in for a treat, once they too have their babies, they will for a short time be all over the lake, I do so hope we can catch that happening!

Pam, I just saw your wonderful sharing of the bird neighbours and their water source. What an idyllic spot to live! Young herons out at water's edge will be great to see! I wonder how close the heronry is!
